Very loose nappies

Hi all,

My 13 week old has very very runny nappies! Is this normal? He is only breastfed. I am sure they are supposed to have a bit more substance to them. He does not have a temperature or seem unwell in himself....

In my experience, breastfed baby poo is totally liquid, with a not particularly offensive or strong smell

This begs the question how to tell when they have a dodgy tummy: it will smell horrendous if they're poorly.

My Mum was super when she saw the contents of DD's nappies, since my sister & I were formula fed, but all BF babies have very runny poo's as far as I know.
