Why does my daughter need a second eye test ??

Hi, 6 months ago, my daughter had her eyes tested. She got all the questions right as far as I know but the lady said she wanted to see her again in 6 months, as she wasn't 100% because my daughter didn't answer the questions very quickly and took too long working things out.
She has to go again next week, and I'm just wondering what they'll find out this time that they didn't last time?

How old is she? My 5yr old has had quite a few eye tests (he wears glasses) and we have had to take him back for repeat checks at times because they weren't sure how much of it was eye sight and how much was due to his concentration. One eye test was really long and ds got bored. I think with children it can sometimes be difficult to tell if there is a problem or if they were not giving their 100% attention so its best to just give the test another go at a later date to be sure.

Thanks, she's also 5. She actually wants glasses, so she might not have been trying her best in the last eye test. Her friend at school has just been given glasses, so now everyone in the class want them.
