My DD is 15 month and over the last few weeks is waking earlier & earlier this morning 5.15am i giver her milk when she wakes in th hope that she goes bac to sleep, it used to work and she would nod back off for an hour now she wont!

she goes to bed between 7 7.30 although hve tried putting her to bed later but she stil akes at same time.
I can see she is still tired when she wakes.

Just dont know what to do, she is still in ou room at the min in her cot with the side off, she was in her own room until she was poorly at xmas.
Now am anxious about how to get her back into her own room.

She may well be teething or hearing the birds sing (tis spring you know? )

I'd put her back in her own room, she may be cross for a few days but not long. We have blackout blinds, nightlights and DS still chooses to rise at 5:30 every day and he's 20 months, whereas DD from 10 months old was snoring 7-7 at least . Some kids are just early risers - it does change as they grow though, thank goodness.

I think you need to separate your anxiety from your daughters, she is not going to be harmed by being in the next room and nor are you going to be harmed by the extra sleep either!
