Hiya, just wanted to see if this was normal for a 2yr old, as he has always been slightly behind the average mile stones
he can now count to 10 unaided, and knows the ABC's - thankyou countdown!
he uses 3/4 word scentences like, ' wheres the cat?'
says 'name - loves mumma ' etc.
can kick a football quite well
sings along and does actions too that are quite accurate.
knows animal like cat, dog, bird, tiger,
does this all sound like he's on track?

I really don't think you've got anything to worry about, there.

Hi!

my son is 21 months.

he can count to 8
He will copy language but not use it alone
he understands EVERYTHING
he plays football like beckham
he will not sing along to songs but will do all the actions
he understands what all the animals are.

I suppose what I'm saying is that all kids are different. Unless you have a specific concern, I don't think you need to worry, Sounds like your 2YO is right on track.

My 21 MOnth old still basically doesn't speak, but understands and can communicate in his own way so that I always know what he wants.

My DS loves Thomas the tank engine and he's learned his numbers and colours from there.

I think they just will do it when they are ready

He sounds fine to me.
