Just self weighed ds at 5 wks. Went from 9lb 1 to 10lb 4 in a week. Seems alot. Is it? Doubting my weighing skills!

Did you weigh him last time, when he was 9lb 1? I weigh my DS too as he's got health issues so I don't dare to take him near any other DCs just in case he gets germs!! I had the same thing though, a couple of times he's gone up alot in a week. His Community Children's Nurse said that's ok and IMHO, it's if they lose it at that rate you should worry!!! Can you ask your HV, just to give you peace of mind? I'm sure your weighing skills are fine but maybe weigh him again later, just to check your scales aren't having a bad day!!!!

that was when my ds went from 75th to 91st percentile!

sometimes its quick other times not so much. its all going in the right direction.
