My DS just turned 6. He's usually very well behaved, we've been lucky with regards to behavior in the past, tantrums etc.
However when he gets excited (and he gets excited about some of the little things)he gets so worked up he can't listen or calm himself down. This usually results in him getting told off at school or missing out on things at home. He likes climbing and we go to the centres, but he can't move on to the next stage until he calms down to listen.
Has any one had similiar problems and if so how did you deal with it?
