he was sparkoed within 15 minutes of going t bed. normally he lies awake for at least an hour, twitching like he's having a fit, but tonight he just lay still and went to sleep.

Now, I have 2 months' supply. Would you use it every day? Would you wait and see if there are any side effects from the first night? It's a low dose, I cna't imagine that he would need more as the first dose was so effective.

has anyone else had experience with this?

No experience, apart from taking it for my jet lag which helped not one bit!

Do you have it on prescription? What doseage instructions did the Dr or chemist give? I'd stick to that?

You shouldn't see any side effects. We give DD 2 mls each night, and she's ready in 5 minutes. Tried 1.5 mls and she doesn't settle.

My sister has to use it long term for her autistic son and I know that the dosage has to be increased as the system becomes accustomed to it. You would notice that this was happening if the usual dose failed to work. Then when maximum dose is reached you have to have a complete break for about a week and start from the lowest effective dose again. No actual side effects, though.
