he's been doing it for a few months now. I've told him not to do it as he'll hurt his fingers and toes but he hasn't stopped. I bit my nails when I was younger and my husband still does but is 3 very young and should I be more determined to get him out of the habit?

years ago I saw an iridologist who spotted that I bit my nails. She said that it was because I lacked minerals which nails were rich in. Can you give your ds more calcium and magnesium in his diet?

thats interesting. He doesn't drink as much milk as he used to. Wonder what foods are rich in magnesium?
