Which of your children is the loudest?

Mine is DS#2. The youngest. If he gets tickled, he yells. If he gets chased, he yells. If someone teases him he yells. He yells at each and every opportunity. It's as if he needs to be loud to get heard and yells as a pre-emptive measure

DS~1 was on the trampoline with him tickling him. The yelling suggested a violent and bloody death. I worry about SS being called sometimes.

MiL commented on the volume of the younger of my two daughters when she was about a week old. At the time I thought 'Rubbish, but 3 years on I know that she had a point. She just finds it impossible to operate at anything other than top volume, so even when she's not actively shouting or screaming she's just loud.

DD (7), the youngest. She has to be the loudest to be heard over her much older brothers, has had to since pretty much day 1. Survival tactic.

DD has her friend here, turns out she is a whiner. Everything is a problem. I'd rather have a loud one than a whiny one any day.

Agree nom. WHiners are 100x worse.

DS1 - he is like a foghorn (I would never say that to him - I remember my dad saying the same to me, and i was very hurt )

Agree about whining. DS2s friend is a whiner. Makes me want to chew my own arm off.

Another with a LOUD youngest child. She is two though, where as her sisters are eight and seven. I guess it's to be expected.
