Termating nanny during maternity leave

I am about to go on maternity leave for DS2 and trying to decide what to do with our nanny share . I had hoped to keep this the share throughtout my maternity leave but it now looks like it may not be possible from a costs perspective, particularly as I may take 9 months and it costs £1,400. Just wondering what impact it will have on DS for him to not only bave a baby brother but to then change the nanny share. I would keep the share in place until DS2 is 3 months old so the change wouldn't be immediate but just worry that it will be too much for him to take him out of his routine.
