Challenging behaviour in 2 yr old - please come tell me it's a phase

Hi,
My 2.2 yr old DS has always been "boisterous" - but just recently I am finding his behaviour with other children very difficult to manage.
He pushes other children repeatedly, yells at them "telling them off".
But what I find most difficult is his absolute hysteria if another child take a toy he was looking at/walks where he wanted to walk/breathes the same air!!!
It just seems like he is emotionally fraught all the time while out.
To be honest its wearing and embarassing and upsetting - as he's a gorgeous, gentle boy with me. I try and take him out a lot, for me and him, but do you think I should curtail this while this phase wears itself out? When does it wear itself out?
I'm expecting no. 2 in April and, while he is great with my "bump" - I'm getting worried about what his reaction to a new baby will be!

Definitely a phase and one they grow out of absolutely. My DD now 3.3 and her behaviour with other children is great. I do remember this kind of thing around this age though she would just try and snatch things as if they belonged to her. They learn as they get older how to share more.
