Routine for 13 month old

My DS is 13 months and a typical day runs like this:-

Wake: 6.00-6.30am
Breakfast: 7.00am
Play: 7.30am - 8.45am
Morning sleep: 8.45 am - 10am
Play/outing: 10am - 12
Lunch: 12.30
Afternoon sleep: 1.15 pm - 3pm
Supper: 5pm
Bath: 6pm
Milk: 7pm

However, he does not always want to sleep in the morning now. Sometimes I try and push the morning nap back to approx 11am-1pm so that he only has 1 nap but he is so tired by 6pm. Wondered what other 13 month old DCs routines were as always helpful to get ideas.

Just poping in to mark my place.
DS is 13 months also.
I cannot type much at the moment as he is asleep on my shoulder having got up at 4 this morning. So I am looking for hints also as to how others are doing it.

Hi MandB - always good to see what others are doing.

My nearly-12 month old is practically identical to you (except often a rubbish lunchtime sleep):

6/630 - up and milk
745 - porridge
9 - nap

10-12 out and about
12 lunch
1.15 nap

2.15/2.30 up and play/milk/snack

4.45/5 dinner
6 milk
6.30 bath etc stories
7pm bed

Mine is normally shattered by 9am but I sometimes put her down at 9.15 - she is always up by 10.

HTH

Thanks for your replies. missmama - oh no, poor you with a 4am start. Hope it was a one off. Thanks nads, is indeed a similar routine, you will probably find over a year she will also want to cut out the am nap. Having said that, I still put my DS down and he has fallen asleep today. So settled in a nice routine atm, really don't want it to change.

HI there,

My 12 month old sounds very similar too:

5-6 - he wakes and pootles about in his cot
6 - 6.30 up
6.30-7 breakfast (porridge or Weetabix, fruit, milk)
7-8.30 play
8.30-10 sleep

10-12 out and about
12 lunch
12.45 nap

2.15 up/milk/play

5.30 dinner
6.15 bath
6.30 milk/brush teeth/story
7 bed

I was also wondering about him dropping a nap but he is up so early he really still needs his morning sleep. He just can't seem to sleep any later whether I put him to bed earlier or later.

How are you all getting with feeding as I have to say DS can be a complete nightmare. He has bad egg allergy and is generally very picky
