16 month old - trembling arms since starting nursery

My 15 month old son has recently started nursery 2 days a week. Since he began I, and others, have noticed that his arms / hands get all shakey and tremble sometimes. This mostly happens when he's out of our home either at baby groups, friends or in nursery. Has anyone else had this happen? Should I be worried, or is this just initial anxiety that'll wear off?

The nursery think he's settling in fine, other than the odd tear as he's dropped off. The rest of the day he happily plays, eats his meals, has a nap etc.

Thank you for any advice.

is it low blood sugar? i get like this when i haven't eaten for a while - the extra excitmenet / stress of being out and about might make it worse - a handful of cashew nuts or an oatcake sort me out.

i would definately say to take him to the GP though.
