Speech Development

Does anyone know of a good book/website that lays out the speech milestones and has ideas for encouraging speech development that go beyond the obvious ones?

I have a 3.5 yr old DS who is still muddling his pronouns (hims instread of his, thems instead of theirs etc) and a very nearly 21 month old DD who says about 10 words (at most) in a very indistinct way.........
