Poo in the bath

My 6 month old boy has taken to having a poo in the bath every single night. The first few times I took him out, cleaned up and ran a new bath. The last 2 nights I just took him out and didn't run a new bath. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on stopping it would be appreciated! Thanks.

get one of those little fishing nets from pets at home! Very useful!!! They are about 99p!

I second the sieve. When you have 2 or 3 in there (children not poo!) you find you no longer care. Just scoop and wash.

if he can sit on his own, have you tried sitting him on a potty for a few minutes before bath time....?? it worked for my DS (now 14mths but started on potty at 7 months) who now has a poo most nights just before his bath!

If you have one, tell your OH to get a seive as it'll be good practice if you decide to go for a waterbirth in any future pregnancies.

That's what I did!
