DS has started repeating final sounds of words??

DS is 4 and has recently started repeating the final sound at the end of a sentance. So he will say 'can I watch ben 10 en' or similar. He doesn't do it all the time, it seems to be more when he is really thinking about what he is saying.

Has anyone else had any experience of this? Not sure if this might be a problem or just a phase.

Thanks

DS1 who is a similar age does this occasionally. I think it might be a tired/comfort thing though he tends to only do it with certain sound so maybe he just likes the sound and enjoys repeating it?

My nephew called crisps, crispspspsps for a long time, probably around a similar sort of age.
