Feeds great (at night) and rubbish (in day)

I thinkkkk I know what post replies are going to tell me I have to do, but here is the scenario with DD2, 12 weeks.
She feeds at 7pm, 180ml, then 1030pm, then 0230pm (OK so far you think) then, she takes another full feed at 0430, then 0700, and then barely feeds throughout the daytime. She naps well in the day, but it is killign me her being so awake and starving at night. My toddler does not sleep well, so I am literally awake every couple of hours through each night. How do I turn this round so that she feeds all through the day and not at night?
I have tried sugar water and just plain water, a dummy, all from 0400, (still dont mind her feeding at 0230) but she is so hungry she goes nuts untl she gets a feed. She is on aptamil hb. x

to be honest I would have thought it's pretty usual for a 12 wk old to be having 2 night feeds (i'm counting 0230 and 0430 as night feeds).......my DD certainly was at that age. I think a HV would tell you that night feeds are to be expected up to around 6 months, at which point you should try offering water instead if your little one is normal weight. I don't think you should be trying to substitute water for milk at 12 weeks though IMO.

Bit strange that she's not feeding much in the day though - hope someone comes along with some ideas X

Hmm, yes, but then completely not hungry (but very happy) in the day. I wish I could swap it around as with DD1 I have no time to 'sleep-when-she-sleeps' lol, I know it could be so much worse, so maybe I should just keep quiet! x
