Should my 9 mo be getting his molars???

My ds has been teething for a while and has his teeth in his order so far.
Bottom middle 2
top fangs 2
top middle 2

so far so good. Not exactly the usual order but not far off.
Last night he woke screaming and the bongela did nothing. We tried baby nurofen but it took a while to kick in. In desperation we tried the bongela again and his time I reached right to the back and on the bottom set ther are 2 definate lumpy bumps where the molars will be! This is how his teeth all started to appear!!!

I thought molars were the last ones. What's going on?

no my son had all four molars come thru after just 8 of the front teeth for christmas one year. thankfull it happened over christmas so i could catch up on sleep in the day.

molars are very painful, we had a lot of neurofen at that time topped up with gel as often as possible.

thankfull being all four at once it was over quicker.
