2.9 year old grinding teeth what do i do to stop it

How it is making the hairs on my neck stand up and not doing her teeth any good. What can i do to stop it.

Nothing really. My daughter does it sometimes and I agree it sounds awful. What we do sometimes is to move her and it does help her stop sometimes.

thanks very much, she does it everywhere, it got worse when i took the dummy away.
