4 week old and sleep

My 4 week old is a fantastic sleeper... As long as it's whilst co-sleeping, on her belly or with her head elevated on a pillow. The latter two options big no nos, obviously. Found out accidentally after waking up in a cold sweat, dd having slept through the night - I'd fallen asleep whilst feeding her in bed and she was next to me, curled up in her belly, snoozing very happily. Feel really scared that it happened and looking for advice about how I can get her to sleep that soundly but in a safe way.

Thanks!

On her belly, rather!
