mumsnet has always helped me on sits like this - help needed again

2.4 year old been biting me when angry and after disciplining him etc he is starting to understand ..perhaps

he is starting to hit floor as i have said no biting or hitting mummy

anything else i can recommend him to do?

i have said hit sofa when you are angry not mummy

what do you tell your little one?

any advice on this much appreciated!

Have you tried scribbling? On paper of course, not the walls. Also, is he getting enough exercise? My DS1 needs several hours running round every day to stay vaguely within boundaries (he's a bit older, 3.1).

Have beanbag in the corner and send him there - we used to tell ds to find his "happy head" and that he could come back when he felt better
