is there anything scary I need to know about it?

My dd appears to have gone temporarily insane, screaming and won't be settled. She never normally wakes up at this time. Think she is tired but she started with a runny nose a few hours ago and I think she is now overtired and very cross about not being asleep. Am a bit terrified by rage so only giving this cold stuff if it's absolutely necessary.

It depends on how old your DD is.

It contains paracetamol Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (same as medised). I personally would stick to paracetamol as I wouldnt use an antihistamine to "dry up" a cold.

its not licensed for use in the under 6's so it depends on the age of your lo.

thanks, googled and discovered this. I had a nasty feeling that it wouldn't be a good idea to use it when I bought it but given the number of colds she has caught recently, i was hoping against hope.

Guess I will just have to embrace the rivers of snot.
