Hello. My 7 week old has started waking during the night every couple of hrs hungry and has started having the odd 6oz bottle when she normally has 4oz. Any tips? I know it's prob just a growing spurt but she's been like this for about a week and can't cope with many more sleepless nights!!

yes, feed her as much as she wants, when she wants. it is most likely a growth spurt and it is perfectly normal for a 7 week old to wake several times in the night, i'm afraid you probably have more sleepless nights ahead of you

best thing to do is feed as soon as she wakes and don't try to make her go longer between feeds or feeding her less or giving water..keep offering 6 oz and hopefully things will settle soon

feeding responsively/on demand works for bottle fed babies too.. as she grows she will be able to drink more , so as she drains her bottles, add an extra ounce each time, don't use hungry baby milk or add anything to her bottle, her feeding is normal, from what you have described

Normal.

Do whatever you can to get through it. Sleep in the day or let the housework go a bit, ask for help during the day so you can rest etc.

Rest assured it's normal and rather than fight it, demand feed, accept the night waking and do what you can to make things easier for you.
