Buy him his own little plastic phone? dd2 talks into the tv remote when I am on the phone.

@ your mum. That was a nasty and unnecessary thing to say.

your mum said your toddler was a spoilt brat?
my tip would be dont bother contacting her again.

Your toddler is not a performing seal and probably doesn't understand why he has to look at a screen and talk. There are no tips, he is just a toddler and that's what they do. They want attention!! Does your mum have a toy or something she can show him and get him to relate to?

yes my mum somtimes not best helper but she was ina bad mood i guess

he has phone and yes my mum always shows him his cat on skype

but nothing works to get his attention there..was there he is perfectly fine

Sounds like a completely normal thing that any toddler would do. My ds wouldn't be interested in the computer unless he could press buttons, switch it on and off or stuff bits of paper into the CD drawer .

Really nasty thing your mum said. Your toddler isn't spoilt, he's just a toddler wo wants to do what he wants when he wants to do it. Same as any toddler in my experience!
