DS2 is 3.3 he has been potty trained for about 9 months now. He was more than ready, i didn't push it with him, he made the decision that he wasn't wearing nappies any more and was dry at night at the same time. He has had odd accidents every now and then, but no more than is to be expected.
In the last few weeks he has wet the bed more frequently and has now starting wettig it on purpose. Dh usually puts him and his older brother to bed, makes sure they do a big wee, reads stories etc, and within 5 minutes of him leaving the room, DS2 will wee in his bed. I have told him that if he carries on doing it he will have to start wearing a nappy again, to which he says' well i'll just take it off'
His behaviour recently has been 'challenging' - generally not listening, lots of throwing himself on the floor, tantrums, crying. I am just putting it down to him being 3, I remember DS1 was much worse as a 3 years old than a 2 year old, but I don't remember him being this bad.
DS2 doesn't respond to the standard punishments like the naughty step or exclusion from games, it doesn't bother him and he is always happy to say sorry, but he really doesn't mean it.
I have a younger DD who is just coming up to 1 and starting t walk, and I am wondering if this is making him feel threatened?
I am try my hardest to give him plenty of individual time with me. I just don't know what the answer is and at the moment, my washing basket is like mount everest!
