DS (2.6) has got an imaginary friend. He's called Squash and he's a baby (note, he isn't a boy or a girl, he's a baby). DS takes him for drives in his imaginary car.

Aww. DD (same age) has 3 imaginary friends. They've been around for a while. Alex who is a boy and goes to school a lot, an elephant who lives in the apple tree outside and The Giant who is a grandma and quite nice but says nothing. It's hilarious.

Sometimes he sits on the sofa and DS takes him cars to play with.

I can't help but join in ("Does Squash want to come to the shops with us?" "No mummy, Squash is asleep").
