toddler changes mind all the time

2 yea rold

loves thomas then suddenly screamed ot have prog off today

loves peppa pig bnooks then suddenly said was scared of it todaY

WHAT IS GOING ON?

am totally baffled

changing mind over things that absolutely loved for a while..not new perhaps scray things

anyone experience the same?

toddlers are mental.

This is standard behaviour.

Also the demanding one thing then screaming and demanding another when given it (e.g. cups).

It's a phase and it will pass.

Fairly typical - tbh it is pointless trying to rationalise most toddler behaviour, they are contrary beings!

All two and three year olds have their own rules and frankly are quite strange IMVHO.

DD is 3.5 and often baffles me.

i got some really nice books - what do o do with them now

put away for a while

folk on mumsnet say toddlers forget

mine remembers everything!!!!!

so i bet in a month will rememebrt o hate those books he first loved then hated!!!!!!!!!!

I have one of theses, a 2.5 year old toddler, had a right one on him today as I was stupid enough not to realise that he wanted a spaghetti hoop sandwich on bread, not toast and that it was my fault the hoops were falling out. After all I had made him a cheese toastie, his favourite. Yesturday.
