DD will not stay in her highchair! Any tips?

She just gets her arms out of her straps and stands up, (straps are on the tightest setting)

I cannot leave her for 2 mins to finish cooking dinner, grab the salt etc ...

She is 10 months old and I cannot eat my dinner in peace

Is she tiny? If so, do you have enough of an insert in the chair?
How is she in the carseat or pushchair?
What a nightmare!

no shes quite hefty

am getting some reins tomorrow, think shes too wide for an insert
