Advice on moving dd 2.2 into her own room

We live in a 2 bed flat and have had dd in our room in her own cot since birth. She has always settled really easily and it's meant we have had the other room as a guest room. However, dc2 due in Feb and we are about to move her. I know the advice is sooner rather than later but any other advice for late movers? TIA

Take her shopping for something for her room and make it lovely for her to want to be there. Perhaps get a CD player so she can listen to stories if she has trouble getting off to sleep or ask her to help choose a poster for the wall. Let her help you make her bed/cot up with the blankets and sheets and just try to involve her as much as possible. She'll then love spending time there. Also make sure she doesn't get lost in the night and knows how to walk to your room if she needs you- leave a hall light or dimmer light light on perhaps.
Perhaps have a star chart of some sort to put a sticker on when she stays in her room all night.
