he doesn't head bang for tantrums. he does it for confort and sleep. they keep saying that he should stop pretty soon, but it seems to be a little worse than it use to be and it last longer. when he wakes up it last usually at least 10-20 min, (unually on the lower side) but i have tried side tracking him, he doesn't want anything do with anyone, he focuses and starts banging. he gets angry if anyone touches him or interupts his special time of "head banging"
if you hold his head down, he will bend his butt and legs like a fish and bang his lower body,it is kinda funnyhope that doesn't make me sound like a bad mom
i was just waiting for it to go away.
