Vitamins for a (nearly 2) year old - any advice?

As winter approaches I was thinking maybe it was a good time to start thinking about vitamins for my nearly two year old son - he usually picks up every cold or cough that is going around and I figured perhaps vitamins may be able to help. can anyone recommend a good one for little people or advise me if it's too soon to start giving him vitamins?

thanks!

Either abidec or haliborange are suitable for your DS. The downside to Haliborange is that it tastes so good, my DD throws a tantrum because she wants more.

They usually pick up everything that's going at that age. Vitamins won't hurt, but until they've been exposed to a lot of germs, their immune systems don't help much. Keep hands washed before eating and you might avoid tummy bugs, though.
