my HV suggested vitamins for our 6 mth old. Pharmisit gave me abidec? Is this ok? Do they need them if still having breast milk. Started on solids but veggie as we are?

All three of mine have had abidec from 6 months onwards. All breastfed. We are veggies too.

They need the extra iron in particular if breastfed, as from 6 months the amount of iron in breastmilk starts to taper off slightly and its recommended that you start them on simple multivitamins to make up the difference.
