toothpaste

my 6 mth just got two teeth. don't like look of chemicals in toothpaste. found a 'childfrens' toothpaste called aloedent - would this do? how often? on 3 meals a day.

you could try once a day to start with and work up to twice a day - am and pm. Just use a smear of toothpaste on a small headed toothbrush.

halos and horns do a toothpaste with no nasties. It contains flouride.

I didn't use a flouride toothpaste for about 6 months and my dentist knew straight away. My teeth had gone soft.

He said to switch back ASAP to which I have done and they've hardened up again thankfully.

I thought I was doing myself and ds a favour by omitting it.

He said your teeth do need flouride as my teeth proved.
