I'd like to get this book & see if it helps with our issues with DS who is 3. Shall I buy or order from the library, from those who've read it?

Why not buy it from amazon?

blowbroth · 29/09/2009 16:56

Sorry! I realise that doesn't really answer your question and looking at the web page they seem to be all from america!
Just ignore me, I've not had a glass of wine yet .

i found it great for my dd6 and would definitely recommend it. i bought mine from amazon, and go back to it now and again. our library didn't have it, but see if yours does.

well I have found it from UK amazon though I didnt check where it was shipping from come to think of it... I was going to buy from ebay as I have paypal but my cc is maxed out at the moment. But it sounds the sort of thing you want to reference again later on? So more a buy than a borrow?

Buy it, when I realise I am being crap I refer back to it again.

oh that good! nice. So worth the total £11 I'll have to pay on ebay... yeah I suppose DS's future well being is about that

I would order from the library myself - interesting read, but I don't have it by the bedside IYKWIM

I'd agree order from library, then if you feel it's an indispensible reference tool you can always buy it later. I personally think it's useful to be able to refer back to once a year or so, as the kids' abilities to communicate change and develop. But you might not like it.
