I reckon ds is down to probably only 1 or 2 lots of tears a day, usually towards bedtime when he's so tired. Wondering what age he'll be when tears become a rarity?

Real tears or fake 'I'm not getting my own way, perhaps if I cry that might do the trick...' tears?

Dd is 3.3 - real tears - once or twice, fake tears - don't even get me started!!!

I was hoping this thread might be more of a 'does your dc cry as much as mine??'

I am jealous!!

it'a a recent development. He was sobbing in the car the other day (over not getting his own way, but was really upset) and it struck me that only a few months ago those sort of tantrums took over our lives and now they are uncommon enough for me to notice. DD is 17 months and cries more times than I can be bothered to count in a day

Oh, I'm so glad there's light at the end of the tunnel!
