crying during a bottle

dd is 14 weeks and is crying during her bottle

she has 5 8 ounce bottles a day, and is mostly settled the rest of the time and sleeps from half six untill seven

does anyone have any idea why?

Not getting milk fast enough? You might need a bigger hole in the teat

she has just gone up a stage so Im not sure its that, but I might give it a go
