Always getting other children in bed, would you worry?

Whenever I leave my 4 year old DD alone with other children, they end up in bed and at times with at least part of bottom halves off. She also likes any child to sit on her lap and generally play lying down a lot. This always seems initiated by my DD and I don't feel comfortable with it. Any thoughts?

It would not occur to me to be worried.

Unless of course there are other aspects of her behaviour that caused me concern.
