growth spurt at 12 weeks

my daughter has just turned 12 weeks - is this a time for another growth spurt? Just asking as she has been a little unsettled in the evening/nights again for the last couple of nights, and two of my friends with girls the same age also say their daughters are unsettled at the mo.

Hi Hallcarpet, my DD definitely had one around this time. I think it's quite common. I could almost see her growing overnight! It did settle down after a few days.
