Hi everyone

I have a 4 mth old and he wakes throughout the night every 3 hours. I give him a feed at 10pm - he goes back to sleep until 1ish the 4ish - both times it can take 1 hour to go off again.. He's not that hungry and I think it may now be a habit...What can I do to stop this?

Any advice would be wicked
