clinginess

My 18 month DS is now very clingy, crying when his once beloved nanny arrives and when we leave him at nursery. He even cries when we leave the room to go to the loo. Please help.

I think they go through these phases at intervals, my 9 month old is currently doing this whenever I hovver by a door.

No advice really but to just see it through. I am sure some other wise mumsnetters will have some though.

Thanks. I know it's just a matter for waiting out the phase, but good to know others have been through it.
