treasure basket? otherwise known as a wnaky basket if you want to do a search. Franny is your big expert here

Do you mean a treasure chest? With ordinary household objects? If you search 'heuristic play' it should come up with ideas. Pine cones, wooden spoons, velcro, zips, bath sponges etc etc. My son loves jam jar lids and ice cream boxes but he is a bit younger than your dd.

theoretically your dd is too old for the classic treasure basket as that's designed for non-mobile babies to experience textures they wouldn;t otheriwise meet, whereas an 18m can pick up his own pine cones in the park etc, but there are lots of variations
