spots in 10 year old?

Shes only 10 but is already getting a spotty face - is there anything beyond keeping her face clean that will help?

My dd is 12 and has the odd one- not big squeezy types (sorry!) but more bumpy under the skin ones. There's a nice range og skincare for teens called Aimee- available in Waitrose and Boots- very reasonable.
