dd3 (4yr old) keeps trying to pick up dd4 (8months)

this has been going since she was born. i cant leave soph anywhere withion reach of dd3 at any ti9me

she grabs her, tries to pick her uop, pulls her about, etc etc.

she loves her little sister, but dispite us telling her daily, several times a day not to pick up dd4, she carries on.

there have been many many near misses with regards to9 accidents, and yet she still keeps doing it.

Maybe carry on saying no, tell her when she gets bigger it will be ok. And everytime she does it, either introduce naughty step/chair or take away best toy and see how far you get.

i wouldn't punish her. i realise how annoying it is, but having a child the same age i think it's the time for repetitive irritating behaviour! and she is, as yu say only trying to show how much she loves her sister,

i would continue saying no, keeping baby out of the way and just letting her hold her with supervision. she will grow out of ti
