Messy eating. When will it ever end????

Any advice please. DS 2.5 is the messiest eater I have ever seen. Smears food, throws food, gets food on the Walls, floor, ceiling, clothes, you name it.

PLEASE tell me they grow out of it, cos am losing the will to live. Better still, any practical tips on how to stop this.

Tell me about I have a thirteen month who is just learning to throw food poor dog looks like a walking buffet!!!!

My ds is 8. Still eats like warthog. I make him take his top off before he starts.
