DS3 has started headbanging when he is annoyed or upset or whenever he wants to really. I want to stop this without drawing too much attention to it, he is only 16 months though.

help !!!

Ignore, ignore, ignore. It's a phase, it'll stop as soon as he realises it gets no attention and it hurts! My ds does this, he makes sure he does it lightly enough not to really hurt though. Sometimes he even pulls a cushion down to do it on, then wonders why we laugh at him!

phew! I am taking the right (in)action then !

All i could recall about it was an ancient episode of baby whisperer where they had to get the child a bean bag to do it on!
