Teething symptoms but has all her teeth!

DD (2.8) got her last molars in April. For the last week or so, however, she has been nightwaking, chewing on everything, drooling, not eating, spitting out food and is clingy.

It seems exactly like she is teething.

Her molars are still getting bigger but I thought the pain was when they broke through the gum?

Does anyone have any idea what it could be??

TIA

sore throat? I have a hideous swollen gland/sore throat now and i am doing everything you say in your post! Although i'm not sure I need to chew

It hurts when they move about in the gum - which they do for ages. I assume she has seen a dentist within the last year to check for problems?

Thanks...I had thought of sore throat too!

She has seen a dentist in April and everything was fine, I am a stickler for toothbrushing too as I work in a dentist's

I do still lean towards it being teeth, she actually went up and chewed the wooden table earlier!!
