how does your 3 yr old daughter act

I dont know if its just my dd but she is so cheeky answers back slams door and constantly fights with her db who is 16 months old

today has been the worst i tried time out repeatedly sent her to room even put her out back door to play but nothin works

is it just my dd or is this a 3yr old thing

They are really pushing boundaries at this age I have found.

DD is now 3.9 though and I have found that in the last month or so she's starting to have a bit more fun with DS (21 months).

They play some bad version of hide and seek and have taken to giving a lot of kisses and hugs...but they can still fight like cat and proverbial.

It will get better

Has she started lying yet? Answering back? Refusing to answer? Yet still maintaining the 2-year old style tantrums (but after the loud screams you can see the twinkle in her eye and KNOW she's playing you).

My DD is 3.6... and an absolute horror joy.

ds1 is 3 in july and already lies, answers back and ignores us, and throws a fantastic tantrum.

well as i said she now slams doors throws everything she can fights with her bd answer for everything looks u straight in the eye and refuses to speak screams lys down n kicks screams whacks her head on floor thats just for starters

i am not a soft mother i do disapline but she is hard work pushes every boundry till i feel like skelping her one which i never do but its so hard
