Advice please toddler gets out of car seat....

MY FRIENDS TODDLER MANAGES TO LOOSEN THE BUCKLE AND GET OUT OF HIS SEAT. I THOUGHT THAT HE WASN'T STRAPPED IN CORRECTLY BUT I DOUBLE CHECKED AND ITS ALL FINE. THING IS THOUGH ITS DIFFICULT TO RELEASE BUCKLE OF HIS CAR SEAT BUT YET HE MANAGES TO DO IT, HIS SO STRONG. THIS CANT BE RIGHT...SHE GETS SO UPSET BECAUSE SHE'S TRIED ALL TO MAKE HIM STOP DOING THIS BUT NOTHING HAS HELPED. ITS SO DANGEROUS FOR TOO MANY REASONS AND IT CAN'T GO ON THIS WAY. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HAS ANYBODY GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE????

Mine has done this a couple of times. Last time I strapped him back in and drove to the local police station. He saw all the nee-naws and I told him that they will tell him off if he does this again. He hasn't done it since. If he does it again I'm seriously considering taking him in and seeing if a nice PC would have a word. Scare him a little bit

Yeap I had a friend who went to the police station and got the police man to come out and tell her children off
