My 2.2 month old has recently started stuttering - not the first letter though he will say things like book k k k

or off f f f

Anyone else had experience of this? Should i worry or just ignore?

My 2.3 year old is doing this at the moment - first noticed it a couple of weeks ago. Always with the last sound of the word rather than the first - I don't think it's stuttering as such (i.e. uncontrollable) - more of a semi-conscious decision to do it IYSWIM?

I'm not worrying about it at the moment but if it continues I might mention it to the doctor/HV next time I see one of them.

DS (now 2.9) did exactly that for several months. It was often when he was wanting to add a bit of emphasis to a word. He doesn't anymore. I think it's just one of those developmental things that some kids do.
