Summer activities for 3 year old

HI I have a 3 year old daughter and her best friends have just moved far away, she is not starting nursery until september and she is a bit lonely. I need to know if there are any summer groups that i could take her to for the summer? she is an only child, so far. My friends do not have children yet, so it is proving a bit tricky. we live in the woodford/Loughton area of essex. I would appreciate help. Thank you.

We don't live in your area but there may be a franchise of "sports star superstars" near you, they run summer activity days. Our local national trust place has loads of activities on in the holidays. Also our local museums run activties in the holidays.

check out your local library, they often have events on, and should have lists of other things going on
